Cooperation With Students

Education is essential. To support young people on their educational journey, exchange is important. That’s why Busch aims for more cooperation with students. Only recently, Busch Denmark started a partnership with a local business school.

Busch entered into a partnership with College 360, located in Silkeborg, near the headquarters of Busch Denmark. The college is the result of a merger between Silkeborg’s Technical College and Business College, creating more learning opportunities across various fields of study. One of its classes, with a focus on subjects like sales, business economics, international economics, and culture, will now be supported by Busch Denmark for three years.
We believe it’s important to partner with educational institutions to increase the quality of what students learn and give them a realistic idea of corporate dynamics and a glimpse into the ‘real’ world. On first impression, vacuum does not seem like an exciting business, but our goal is to show that our company still has a lot of interesting opportunities and challenges to offer

The students will visit Busch each year to combine real business experiences with their theoretical knowledge to gain a deeper understanding of what they have learned. This gives the young students the opportunity to learn about the different careers and positions we offer. At the same time, we can present our company to many young professionals and give them an insight into the opportunities at Busch.

This is a beneficial way for both sides to get in touch with the young generation, work together with them, and support them on their educational path.
