BUSCH – OO digital services help food and beverage manufacturers to reduce their production downtime and remove vacuum pump maintenance from their workload.
OO, the digital service innovation from Busch, combines condition monitoring of vacuum pumps with vacuum service packages. At an early stage, OO detects whether a problem could occur. This leads to optimum process reliability and thus higher productivity. Unplanned downtimes and the associated risks and costs are avoided. The data OO collects is sent to the Busch Cloud, where it is analyzed. In an intuitive dashboard, the status of all connected vacuum pumps is displayed. It can be accessed via a PC or mobile in the Busch vacuum app. Already installed Busch vacuum pumps can also be retrofitted with the Busch IoT kit as part of an OO package.
