Tenth Anniversary of Busch Vacuum Solutions Middle East
In Dubai, only about one kilometer away from the world's tallest building, the tenth anniversary of the Busch subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates was celebrated.
Over the past ten years, Busch Middle East has established itself in the Middle East as a provider of Vacuum Solutions. Our customers range from small one-man companies over medium-sized companies and plant manufacturers to a world leading chemical company for which we supplied a highly complex chemical vacuum system in cooperation with one of the Busch systems building companies. With excellent teamwork and the highest motivation, we face the challenges and are pleased about the good cooperation with the Busch Globals and our sister companies all over the world.
All employees, agents, as well as long-standing customers and selected new customers, were invited to the celebration in Dubai. Sami Busch took part in the ceremony and thanked for the presentation and the videos that employees had prepared. Customers had the opportunity to have a personal conversation with him.
In 2012, Busch Middle East was founded as a Busch subsidiary. But a year earlier, a branch of Busch India had already been launched in the United Arab Emirates, meaning that Busch Middle East already had 37 customers right from the start. Busch Middle East developed rapidly. At the end of its founding year, it had over 100 customers. In 2013, the first vacuum system was built, and the first OEM customer was acquired.
In 2014, Dr Jens Carsten Claus took over the management of Busch Middle East from the previous General Manager, Ajit Singh. This made the branch completely independent of Busch India and gave it responsibility for the entire Middle East. In 2020, Busch Middle East became a sales partner and sole distributor of Pfeiffer Vacuum in the region. In 2021, the subsidiary already had more than 1000 customers and in the anniversary year 2022, the highest turnover in its history. Busch Middle East maintains and uses service workshops in Oman, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Lebanon.
