Advanced Apprenticeship Programme
In partnership with EEF, The Manufacturers' Organisation, Busch is regularly recruiting candidates to embark on a three year programme where they will learn about all aspects of engineering and manufacturing. This will include day-to-day practical, hands on learning at Busch with theory and further technical instruction of machining and fitting at the EEF's recently opened Apprentice & Skills Training Centre in Aston, Birmingham. The ultimate goal for our apprentices is to achieve a Level 3 NVQ & BTECH qualification and there will also be the opportunity to further develop their education and skills by studying for an HNC/HND.
This scheme provides the candidates with an excellent platform from which to gain the knowledge, experience and qualifications they need to build a future for themselves in manufacturing.
Candidates should have a genuine interest in engineering with a good understanding of the importance of providing world class quality products and services for customers. They will need to have a minimum of five GCSEs at grade C or above in maths and English, and science, design and technology would also be advantageous.
Advanced Graduate Programme
Within Busch (UK) Limited we run an excellent programme for engineering graduates and are always interested in hearing from those who have completed an engineering degree within the last three years. We are looking for bright, motivated, ambitious and dynamic engineering graduates who are interested in furthering their skills and experience to kick start their career in manufacturing with a fast growing global organisation.
Positions are available at our Crewe and Telford sites within R&D, project engineering, system build and commercial sales teams. Below is a list of the qualifications and competencies required for the programme.

Advanced Leadership Programme
Introduced in 2013, this scheme is developing the next generation of Busch managers. It is a programme designed for existing Busch employees who are would-be team leaders and managers. As well as modules on products, services and specific areas unique to Busch, the course also leads to a Chartered Management Institute Level 5 qualification for participants.
