Vacuum Pumps for a Hospital in Palestine
Busch Israel has recently been able to supply several hospitals with urgently needed vacuum technology. Due to the corona crisis, hospitals face the challenge to accommodate the increasing number of corona patients who need intensive medical care.
A particular challenge for Busch Israel is the supply of the Palestinian West Bank. Although there is a cooperation between Israel and the West Bank in the medical field, the borders are currently completely closed as a protective measure against the coronavirus. Even the 70,000 Palestinians who commute on a daily basis to Israel for work are no longer allowed to cross the border.
Busch Israel has a longstanding close cooperation with a company for medical technology in Palestine. Together with their partner, Busch Israel was able deliver two vacuum systems on short notice to a hospital in Hebron despite the officially closed border.
