COMBI

Vacuum Pump Units

COMBI vacuum pump units are the perfect vacuum generators to meet the exact requirements of nearly every industrial process. They are the combination of a vacuum booster and a backing pump in a single and compact unit.

Thanks to the numerous possibilities of combinations of boosters and backing pumps, working pressure and pumping speed can be exactly adjusted to practically all process conditions and pumped media. In a variety of applications. These include coating, heat treatment, vacuum drying, lamination, vacuum packaging and load-lock chambers.

Depending on the combination and the size of vacuum booster and backing pump, different design versions are available. Vacuum pump and booster can either be flanged directly onto one another on a base frame or mounted in a frame rack.

The following COMBI versions are available in our product portfolio:

  • COMBI BRV, which use R5 oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps as backing pump and PANDA as vacuum booster.
  • COMBI BNV, with COBRA dry screw vacuum pumps as backing pump and PANDA as vacuum booster.
  • COMBI CMM with two MINK MM dry claw vacuum pumps, one functioning as backing pump for the other.
