Through its partnership with TCC, Busch integrates classroom-based technical education with practical manufacturing experience. Apprentices attend college-level courses while applying their knowledge directly within the company, creating a seamless connection between theory and practice.During the event, CNC Machining Apprentice Ian Kinsey represented the Busch Group and shared his professional journey. He began through TCC’s dual enrollment program while attending Oscar Smith High School, where he earned college credits alongside his high school diploma. This early exposure to engineering and advanced manufacturing laid the foundation for his transition into the Registered Apprenticeship program at Busch and his continued studies at TCC.
