Busch Vacuum Solutions USA, one of the largest manufacturers of vacuum pumps, blowers, compressors, and systems, announced the launch of their new Exchange PLUS vacuum pump service program. The PLUS program features a new module equipped inside every rapidly exchanged vacuum pump. The customer receives a practically new vacuum pump with every exchange increasing their production efficiency and uptime. This is a unique upgrade to the basic Exchange program currently offered by Busch.
Our purpose was to create a service program that exceeds our customers’ expectations by including new components with an extremely rapid response time. We want this program to help our customers increase production efficiency and avoid possible downtime that brings even further peace of mind.
How it Works
A customer begins by placing an order under the Exchange PLUS program by calling the service hotline at 1-888-BUSCHUS (287-2487) or emailing service@buschusa.com. Busch commits to responding within 24-hours, then picks up and delivers the replacement vacuum pump.Team of Service Experts
A nationwide team of Busch expert Field Service Specialists and Service Centers supports the Exchange PLUS program 365 days a year. They are also able to assist with installation and start-up of the replacement vacuum pump as needed.
