Initiated by leading UK mental health charity the Mental Health Foundation, Mental Health Awareness Week aims to raise awareness of mental health, tackle stigma, create a society that prevents mental health problems from developing, and protect mental wellbeing.
Busch UK employees participated in many activities throughout the week, such as health surveillance health checks conducted by Occupational Health, and visits from BHSF, a health and wellbeing provider.
A learning session was provided by a representative from Mind, the mental health charity, which focussed on coping through tough times.
In addition, lots of fresh fruit and was made available in the office canteens for everyone to enjoy a healthy snack, followed by healthy breakfast options at the end of the week.
