Employees who have worked at Busch for 25 years were also recognized: Mauro Arnoldi, Manuel Hermosin Bongers, Stephan Carl, Horst-Simon Depner, Jan Eibisch, Jörg Fabian, Cesare Frigo, Edmund Glomb, Helga Lehmann, Jürgen Mass, Viktoria Meyer, Jutta Mosmann, Emil Peschel, Ursula Puls, Muhamet Rexhepi, Cornelia Roser, Timmy Schick, Silvia Schöchert, Raffaele Trotta, Hanspeter Weniger and Roland Zundl.

Each of the jubilarians received a certificate from the Schopfheim Chamber of Industry and Commerce for their many years of service. In addition, they were presented with gift baskets and company certificates from Busch for their many years of commitment. Of course, the employees with ten years of service were also honored and received gift baskets and Busch certificates.

Due to the Corona pandemic, the recognition of long-serving employees in 2020 and 2021 could not take place. This was compensated for during this year’s tribute.

2022 was also an anniversary year for some Busch companies. For example, Busch Denmark, Busch Japan, and Busch Spain turned 40 years old. The company’s branch in the United Arab Emirates has been in existence for ten years.

The Busch family was also presented with a series of awards in 2022. To name a few: The lifetime achievements of Ayhan and Dr Karl Busch were recognized with the Gold Medal of Honor of the district, Ayla Busch was awarded the German Leadership Award, the family was jointly honored as Family Entrepreneur of the Year and the OPEN Political Economy Network ranked by size European businesses co-founded by immigrants and recognized Ayhan Busch in 8th place overall and 3rd place in Germany.
