Technical Specifications

In a Dolphin VL Partial Recirculation System a compact yet highly efficient stainless steel separator vessel serves to separate the discharge gas/liquid mixture. A part of the operating fluid is recirculated from the separator vessel to the vacuum pump. The remainder is discharged and transferred to the drain as waste. The fresh liquid is introduced in sufficient quantity to maintain proper temperature essential for good performance.


Instrumentation including an inlet check valve, fresh liquid supply kit, level gauge, temperature and pressure indicators and cavitation protection allow for simple monitoring and control of the Dolphin VL Partial Recirculation Systems. An optional thermostatic control valve provides system control optimization and the benefit of reduced fresh liquid consumption.
